"We are passionate about reusing what many would consider 'waste'. By cooking for all staff and volunteers during the festival, we demonstrate in practice how food that might otherwise go to waste can be turned into delicious, nutritious meals. At Wasteland we have a great task: cooking for all employees and volunteers! We serve delicious meals for 16 days. Naturally, we do this in a sustainable way so that everyone has a fresh meal and as little food as possible is wasted. Now that's sustainable enjoyment!"
